Pacific Copper is a junior exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of copper properties in Chile. We target large-scale copper deposits and hold a pair of prime exploration properties in Chile, Region III.
Located in the IOCG belt
Our projects are located in the prolific iron oxide copper gold belt of Chile, one of the most prospective IOCG provinces in the world, stretching for over 1,200 kilometres through north-central Chile. This belt hosts many major deposits such as Freeport-McMoRan’s Candelaria mine and Anglo American’s Mantoverde mine.

About copper mining in Chile
Chile is the world’s number one producer of copper, and the red metal has been the country’s chief export for many decades. Chile has approximately 30% of the world’s known copper reserves.
Chile’s long history in exploration and development of its mineral resources has fostered extensive infrastructure, qualified mining personnel and regulatory regimes that support mining.
